Do you know a child who really wants to participate in a Triathlon, and just doesn't have enough allowance to cover their registration? Then Nominate them for the Citrus Kids Triathlon Scholarship Program, made possible by Citrus County Education Foundation.

The Citrus County Education Foundation is offering 15 Individual Free Registrations to qualified youth athletes that are between the ages of 5 to 15 years old, who cannot afford the entry fee but are super excited about this event. Please fill out the form below and one of our Representatives will respond as soon as possible.

This Race will be an official USA Triathlon Sanctioned Event in 2022.

USAT Event

USAT athletes must provide a valid USAT# and present their USAT card & photo ID at registration. A $50 Annual license can be purchased at www.usatmembership.com (For athletes under 17 years of age, price is $10 for an annual membership) Non-USAT licensed athletes must purchase the $15 one-day license. This is available during on-line registration.

The USAT Age rule requires that all participants race by birth year rather than their age on race day. This means your race age will be the same for all sanctioned events for an entire calendar year. The age group of a participant will be determined by age on Dec. 31 of the event year, not by age on race day. For example: If you turn 25 years old in July, you will race and be ranked in the 25-29 age group for the entire season.
